NIRAS has significant experience acting as Client’s Representative or Third Party Reviewer during both design and construction stages of projects.

Our engineers possess all the knowledge and resources required to conduct design checks and special independent modelling studies for specific elements of a project.

In addition, we undertake inspections and supervision during construction, along with continuous QA and Risk Assessment prior, during and at the end of the project for both design and construction stages.
