Kollecto

With Kollecto's form builder, building a form for recording data in the field via the associated mobile web application is quick and easy, and can be run on iPhone, Android mobile, iPad, tablets, etc.    

The solution has offline support, which means that your records are stored locally on the device until you choose to synchronise it on regaining access to a network.  

With the form builder, it is possible to create inherited recording where you have a form-within-a-form, for e.g. records of a development over time.    

It is possible to connect the location (position of the device) and the time of the recording. In addition, you can choose to connect images to the recording either via the device's photo archive or with the device's camera.   

The collected data can be validated and edited on an administrator homepage, from which data can also be exported to a standard PDF report. 

Premium edition 

With a Premium subscription you get, among other things, option to have the database displayed automatically on a map in NIRAS webGIS KortInfo. This extension also allows you to include map themes from KortInfo in the field. Finally, it will be possible to use an existing table from KortInfo as the basis for a form. 

In this way you achieve free "flows" of data from field recording to case processing to presentation. The potential for integration is huge and its expansion is being continuously developed. 

Premium also contains an extension that allows recordings to be made based on markings on an image, e.g. a floor plan of a house, or a building facade for registration of things like defects or missing parts.
