Data science with both feet on the ground 

For many, data science is an airy concept and can be difficult to put into the context of everyday life. In reality, data solutions don’t have to be so complicated and filled with buzz words, as so many typically are. We are knowledgeable users and developers of machine learning, data lakes, linked data, BI, and everything else ‘smart’. However, the right solution can often just as well be a (further) development of a good Excel solution. 

We all work with data 

Most people will happily agree that we work more and more with data in everyday life. The data we have comes in many guises. It can be Excel sheets on a network drive, third-party software, sensors, PDFs, databases, websites and more. We are happy with data no matter its shape and format – we have methods to set up automatic routines that pull data out of the systems, and combine it.

Automatic report generation 

Standard reports and appendices typically consist of a large part of standard text and some tables, figures and the like, which must be changed from time to time. We can set up routines so that this happens automatically based on your data sources. 

Power BI dashboards 

Dashboards are typically used for financial overviews. However, we use the technology to gain insights into many other types of data. 

Advanced Excel solutions 

Modern Excel works well with many other data sources. We take advantage of this, as we have experts in advanced Excel functionalities such as Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX and VBA. 

Machine Learning 

We help you find correlations, identify trends and patterns and make predictions based on data. We do this mainly by using statistical models, classification algorithms and cluster analyses.

As it is for all our services, we like to customise them to your specific needs. This means that we make a virtue of not introducing new systems, and we draw data from your system as it appears today. We are happy to provide tutoring and upskill your own employees so that they can take over operations and further development. In this way, you ensure that learning from your project remains in your organisation, and you get your key employees upskilled where possible.
