Project culture in NIRAS

​​​​​​​As a part of your onboarding programme you will be introduced to our shared project culture, where we strive to achieve common ground on what we all know, understand and agree. Your manager and other co-workers will all help you get a good start in NIRAS and in projects. We provide a welcoming and openminded working environment with a lot of autonomy, self-management, and responsibility.

Across countries, regions and disciplines, we all share the same project system and toolbox. On our intranet - InNIRAS - our procedures, templates and other project management tools are available to everyone. We expect you to familiarise yourself with our most important procedures and tools when you start here.
