Institutional Capacity Assessment: Demonstrated experience in evaluating the institutional capacity of water utilities, particularly in assessing governance, operational structures, and resource allocation within similar organizations or settings.
Financial and Operational Performance Analysis: Extensive expertise in assessing the financial and operational performance of water utilities using key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending actionable solutions.
Collaboration with NRW Specialists: Proven ability to work alongside Non-Revenue Water (NRW) specialists to develop strategies for managing and monitoring both physical and commercial NRW losses.
Financial Strategy Development: Skilled in designing processes and strategies to enhance the financial performance of water utilities, including creating financial management guidelines, setting benchmarks, and introducing cost-reduction measures.
Financial Sustainability and Private Sector Engagement: Experience providing guidance on financial sustainability planning, exploring private sector engagement opportunities, developing financial incentive mechanisms, and recommending updates to regulatory and policy frameworks to promote long-term viability.
